Terms of Use
These terms apply to Tembra (“the app”) for iPhone made by Madbots Limited (“we”). The app is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add to the Standard EULA; if they conflict, the Standard EULA prevails. By using the app you agree to both.
1. Free features and Premium
Creating, splitting, mixing and listening are free. Premium adds saving, exporting and sharing. It is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Current prices: Monthly $6.99 / month, Yearly $39.99 / year, Lifetime $89.99 once. The App Store shows the price in your local currency before you confirm.
2. Subscription terms
- Free trial. Eligible new subscribers get a free trial of 7 days on the yearly plan. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the subscription starts and you are charged. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage and cancel. In Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone. After cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue App Store refunds.
- Price changes follow Apple’s rules; Apple will notify you and, where required, ask for your consent.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the audio, text and recordings you use. You are responsible for having the rights to process them, especially songs by other artists. Use the voice feature only with your own voice or with the speaker’s permission, and never to impersonate or deceive.
4. AI-generated output
Music is generated on your iPhone by Stable Audio 3 Small, powered by Stability AI, under the Stability AI Community License. Speech is generated by the app’s on-device voice models. We claim no rights in what you create. AI output may be inaccurate or resemble existing works; you are responsible for how you use it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to infringe others’ rights, to create unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, or to reverse engineer the app or its models except where the law allows.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is”. Separation, music and speech quality depends on the source and on your device. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the new version applies from the date shown above. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
